My fascination with stumps continues here. This one is maybe even more magical than the ones that came before. I’ve painted a floating tree before so no surprise there, it’s just that this one has a more playful quality to it that makes it more inviting…it feels a little less dark somehow. I like the results and I feel like it’s a pretty unique piece in my portfolio.
