Painting with Decalcomania Parts 1 & 2

Here’s my latest painting videos. They document the making of a new painting using an old technique called decalcomania, which just means creating texture with something like a plastic bag. This first video mainly just covers the process of applying the initial texture, while the second video goes deeper into painting with brushes and bringing the abstract forms to life. It’s a really fun process. I hope you enjoy these videos and feel inspired to make your own abstract acrylic paintings using this technique!
