This large psychedelic painting is to honor the majestic power of the elephant, an animal that stands for family, the balances of grace and power, animal intelligence, fragility and so much more.

This was another painting that started its life at a festival. At one point I was letting the rain collaborate with me and streak the surface. I didn’t have the elephant in my mind when I first started the painting, he started to creep in around the third day.

I called the piece Power Animal out of respect for this beautiful creature which is powerful not just in physical form but in spirit and character as well.
